Activists and supporters of the just Palestinian cause plan to protest outside the Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, where pro-apartheid Zionist, Johannesburg lawyer, Brenda Hurwitz is expected to make an appearance.

Video footage that surfaced in October showed Hurwitz allegedly threatening to “trace and kill” supporters of Palestine. Separate footage showed her allegedly firing blue paint at pro-Palestine gatherings using a water pistol.

The South African Police Service (SAPS) subsequently began investigating multiple charges of incitement of public violence and malicious damage to property.

In an interview on Salaamedia, Naazim Adam from the Palestine Solidarity Alliance (PSA) said the purpose of the demonstration was to emphasise there was “no place for racists and vile people like Brenda Hurwitz”.

Action against Brenda Hurwitz

Adam was adamant that the court should “take full action” against Hurwitz for her “hate-filled, racist, derogatory and Islamophobic” actions. He said there was more to the matter than met the eye.

“… There is much more at play than just one woman who went on a rampage. It is organised and orchestrated … They [Zionists] come, they provoke, they incite and, when you respond, they are the victim and you the aggressor. We need to expose her for these vile games that they keep playing.”

This comes amid heightened hostility by apartheid-supporting Zionists towards those fighting for the rights of Palestinians currently under relentless attack by the terrorist Israeli regime.

Earlier, Christian priest Rev. Nthuthuko Nkosi’s Palestinian flag was confiscated by security at Moses Mabhida Stadium when he carried it with him to a match. He shared the ordeal with Inayet Wadee on News & Views. You can watch the interview here.
