South African citizen, Leigh-Ann Naidoo was on board the Zaytouna Oliva when it was stopped about 50 nautical miles away from the Gaza port.
The boat was escorted by the Israeli navy to the port of Ashdod where the 13 females including Nobel Peace Prize winner, Mairead Maguire, are expected to be questioned.
